Two weeks certainly flies @ WPS and so much has been happening. We celebrated Niuean Language Week, our last language weeks for the year. I am so proud of all our children for their efforts when embracing and learning all about other cultures. Our Year 6 students embarked on our annual trip to Rotoroa Island and it was another huge success. A huge thank you to Whaea Deirdre for your amazing organisation to ensure a fabulous day had by all.
A huge thank you to Kate who came in and ran some drama workshops with our Moana team. They thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Next week we have some of our students attending MPSSA athletics day and also Counties Manukau sports games over 3 days out at Bruce Pulman Park.
Please make sure you have dates locked in your diary for our prize giving and our celebration production day.
There are only 33 days to go for this year - so let's make them count. Come to school every day and on time. Please wear the correct uniform. Monday - house t-shirts, Tuesday to Thursday - school uniform and Fridays mufti.
