Home Learning TV Schedule

Tune into Papa Kāinga TV / Home Learning TV  (TVNZ 2+1) weekdays from 9am - 3pm.  Teachers will lead learning sessions for children aged 2-15 years old.  This link will lead you to the schedule should you wish to plan Learning TV time during the day.

NZ Geographic

Each day a story or video will be uploaded to their site for you to share with your family.  Talking points and activities are posted to support the story or video.  Have fun learning about the land and wildlife of Aotearoa.

Marine Studies Centre

Marine-themed activities for children.  Information about sea-life, games, colouring-in, art & craft.


Science in a Van

These cool people have visited WPS and entertained our kids with their amazing science experiments.  Visit their YouTube channel where they go live every day at 12.45pm.


Duffy Books in Homes 

Duffy Books in Homes has been delivering thousands of books to our WPS kids for many years.  Visit their website for resources and content that will keep your kids engaged in reading.


InnerFit

At WPS we are building fundamental life skills, resilience & attitude that will support our kids to succeed in life.  InnerFit supports us - and we are very thankful to Sue Morris who mentors our teachers.  Visit their website where they have provided Tips for Parents during Lockdown.  This includes activities that reinforce these life skills.
